Bronze bust of Rev. Dirk van der Hoff 1814-1881 by Coert L. Steijnberg Beautiful, heavy bust, signed and 18 cm high. Made by sculptor Coert L. Steijnberg 1905-1982. It is very old but in excellent condition – it has always been in a display case. Dirk van der Hoff (Dordrecht, 2 September 1814 – Potchefstroom (South African Republic), 9 October 1881) was a minister of the Dutch Reformed Church of Africa, one of the churches in South Africa that stand in the tradition of the Dutch Reformed Church.
