Money Back Guarantee
If the actual item differs from the description in the ad, you will get your money back. Defects include: different color, missing parts of signs of use that are not reported in the advertisement.
If there is deception in the ad, you can negotiate with the seller for a discount. We help mediate between you and the seller.
Do you not like the item and do you want to return it? Which can. You can return to Whoppah instead of the seller within 14 days (from the time of delivery). Please note: in this case the return costs including the delivery costs are for the account of the buyer. In this case, you will receive the purchase amount minus delivery costs and return costs.
Not arrived items by mailbox or package
If the package has been shipped according to the shipping instructions, then the buyer and seller can both track the package. If the status of the order is according to the track & trace as 'Received', but you have not yet received the item, Whoppah will refund the money. The seller is responsible for damage suffered through the transport service.
Quality control by Whoppah courier
If pick-up by the Whoppah courier has been chosen, the courier will perform an additional quality check when collecting the item from the seller. The courier checks the condition of the item with the information in the ad. In addition, the courier takes 5 photos of the item when the item gets picked up by the Whoppah courier. If anything is discovered that is not visible in the photos, the burden of proof lies with the buyer.
