This stunning highback armchair, an early model by the iconic duo Madsen & Schubell from the 1950s, combines organic Danish design with unparalleled seating comfort.
This armchair has been lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The slender solid teak frame has been refinished, fully showcasing the warm grain and deep color of the wood. The frame has been inspected and is in excellent condition.
No compromises on comfort: the original seat springs have been retained and combined with high-quality, new cold foam padding. This ensures a comfortable seat that will last for years. With a height of 106 cm, the backrest offers optimal support.
Exclusive Upholstery
The chair has been reupholstered in the luxurious Zinc Zumirez fabric in Moonbean. This luxurious, high-quality, textured wool bouclé upholstery fabric. The soft texture of the curly wool gives the armchair a modern, warm, and inviting look that fits perfectly in both vintage and contemporary interiors. Specifications:
