Exceptional handmade glass vase by Bob Le Bleïs, manufactured at Les Verriers de Maure-Vieil in Mandelieu-La Napoule, France.
The vase features a characteristic round, bulbous sculptural shape with a wide, flared neck. The glass is executed in a milky transparent base, combined with beautiful brown, amber, and ochre glass streams, fine speckles, and air bubble inclusions. As a result, the decoration has an almost painterly and organic character.
On the underside, both the MV monogram and the original studio label are located:
