This is a glass jar from the "Blåtopp" (Blue Top) series, designed by Willy Johansson for Hadeland Glassworks in Norway.
Willy Johansson (1921-1993) was one of Hadeland Glassworks' most prominent designers, and his "Blåtopp" series is now a beloved collector's item.
Features of the jar
