Birch cabinet with tambour door and internal compartments. Scandinavian production, first half of the 20th century.
Scandinavian cabinet from the first half of the 20th century crafted in birch, featuring a tambour door that slides vertically and disappears into the structure. The construction is solid and restrained, with compact proportions and a functional language typical of Northern European production between the 1930s and 1940s. The interior is arranged with a series of open compartments, complemented by an upper drawer with an integrated lock. The use of birch, with its light and even grain, reflects the Scandinavian tradition focused on simplicity, durability, and material quality.
