It is truly blissful to sit in. With beautifully finished seams and some edges finished with nails.
It has a nice lived-in look, and it shows. So there are indeed some imperfections on the leather here and there.
I think a cat got hold of it at some point. I believe that cat is long gone to cat heaven by now, because it looks like old damage. (And that that cat now resides in cat heaven is entirely justified in my humble opinion; a cat that takes hold of a chair like that—there is no place for that on this earth anymore.) Look closely at the photos; I have clearly photographed the damage.
