The deep blue upholstery is completely intact and clean!
It is located in a home where there are no pets and no smoking.
Unfortunately, there is a small tear in the lining on the underside of the chair. (See photo) But otherwise, it is in perfect condition. And it is very comfortable. The tear is not bothersome and is not visible.
THE CHAIR IS LOCATED IN A HOME WHERE THERE ARE NO PETS AND WHERE SMOKING IS NO PERMITTED!
