This is Belgian faience from the Faïencerie de Jemmapes (the lion and shield mark confirms this), probably made by J.B. Cappellemans Aîné, active between approximately 1847 and 1894 in Jemappes (near Mons, Wallonia). This type of serving service with blue transfer-print floral decoration and lace rim is typical 19th-century work in the English style (the factory collaborated with the English producer William Smith). The service consists of 8 dinner plates, 8 breakfast plates, 8 soup plates, 2 large bowls, a gravy boat, a cake plate, and a small plate for e.g. chocolates. Very complete and in good condition!
