A very extensive and atmospheric 27-piece set from the well-known English brand Wood & Sons (Burslem, England). It features the beautiful green decor with fruit and leaf motifs on an ivory background.
The set is in very good vintage condition (no chips, minimal signs of use) and consists of:
6x Large dinner plates (24.5 cm)
2x Medium plates (20 cm)
9x Cake plates (17.5 cm)
2x Large serving bowls (23 cm)
3x Medium small bowls (16.5 cm)
5x Small bowls (14 cm)
A perfect set for an elaborate dinner for 6 people or to complement an existing collection. Wood & Sons is known for its high-quality English earthenware.
Pickup/Shipping: Due to the fragility, pickup is preferred. Shipping is possible at your own risk and expense, naturally very carefully packed.
Condition: The vast majority of the dinnerware is in excellent vintage condition without chips or breakage. Please note: the 3 medium bowls (16.5 cm) show some more signs of age/discoloration in the center (see photo). The rest of the set is still beautifully bright in color.
