It has been announced that Banksy's parody of Demi Moore's famous nude photoshoot for Vanity Fair magazine could be auctioned for £3 million in Mayfair.
The street artist's concept version of the magazine cover depicts a naked woman striking the same iconic pose as Moore, with one arm across her chest and the other over her heavily pregnant belly.
Banksy is believed to have been born in Bristol, England, around 1974. He became known for his provocative, stenciled pieces in the late 1990s. Banksy is the subject of a 2010 documentary, *Exit Through the Gift Shop*, which explores the relationship between commercial art and street art.
