An elegant ceramic vase signed B. Letalle for the Saint-Clément factory, identifiable by its impressed mark on the base (model 9002).
This piece is distinguished by its sculptural silhouette with organic lines, combining a generously gadrooned body and a slender neck with an asymmetrical spout. The integrated handle harmoniously extends the movement of the form, creating a fluid and balanced whole.
The glaze, in a subtly iridescent celadon green, reveals slight metallic reflections in the recesses, accentuating the relief and depth of the decoration. This material treatment, typical of Saint-Clément production in the mid-20th century, gives the object a presence that is both gentle and sophisticated.
