The works of the Neapolitan master Pasquale Vuotto (Naples, 1958) are held in selected collections in Italy and abroad and are distinguished by their extremely realistic character. Moreover, his style is full of painterly sensitivity, recognized for his delightful, sure brushstrokes, always capable of conveying great freshness and directness, and which, from his training, have benefited from the influence of nineteenth-century Impressionist and Realist painting by artists such as Attilio Pratella, Carlo Brancaccio, and the Posillipo school.
