This authentic Kinkeldey chandelier is a striking lighting object from the Mid-Century Modern period. The design combines a gold-colored metal frame with faceted crystal glass elements, resulting in a luxurious and timeless appearance. The chandelier was manufactured in West Germany (1960s-1970s) and showcases the craftsmanship for which Kinkeldey is known. The fixture consists of a layered structure of brass-colored metal to which the hexagonal, faceted crystals are attached. These crystals refract the light in an elegant way, creating warm and sparkling illumination in the room. The original brand label 'Kinkeldey - Made in West Germany' is still present on the fixture. The object is in good vintage condition, commensurate with its age and use. The original finish and character of the design have been well preserved. The wiring and fittings are original. This chandelier comes into its own perfectly in a classic, Hollywood Regency, or eclectic interior. It is an ideal statement piece for above a dining table, in a hallway, or as a central focal point in a living room, where it adds a touch of vintage glamour.
