This antique painting depicts an atmospheric river scene featuring a sailing ship, signed in the lower right corner by the artist Patty. The work captures an idyllic scene of a sailboat on the bank, complete with figures and a small house against a Dutch or English cloudy sky, giving it an intimate and soothing appearance.
