For sale is a set of four like-new, original Niels O. Møller Model 78 teak Danish dining chairs with new upholstery.

DESCRIPTION:
These beautiful spindle chairs feature tapered, turned legs that curve gently into the backrest. The legs are connected by curved and rounded crossbars. Floor protectors are attached to the underside (we can also mount classic metal glides upon request). The distinctive features of these chairs are the beautifully ergonomic, three-slat backrest and the smooth, tactile finials on the front legs and backrest.

J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik, 8270 Højbjerg, Denmark
DESIGNER:
Niels O. (Otto) Møller (1920–1981), Denmark
In 1939, he completed an apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker and subsequently attended the Danish Design School in Aarhus.
In 1944, he founded J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik A/S and worked as an independent furniture designer and manufacturer. Under his meticulous guidance and creative direction, the company received numerous awards, including the Danish Furniture Award in 1974 and 1981.

Teak (dark brown with a beautiful reddish tint and natural color variations) / beige
Note:
The photos are overexposed to show the excellent condition in detail! Reddish tones appear redder, and colors generally appear lighter. The shadowed areas, or those not directly illuminated by the photographic light, best represent the true colors. Any gloss or grayish or milky appearance in the photos is due to the lighting and/or exposure (reflections). The surfaces have a satin to semi-gloss finish.

CONDITION:
Stunning! This set is in excellent, like-new condition. It has been meticulously cared for and shows virtually no signs of wear, or only very, very minor ones. We took numerous photos to ensure that it is clear from all angles that this set is practically indistinguishable from new. Further description is simply unnecessary. It is nothing like the usual battered and scratched chairs resulting from years of use! A perfect score, without a doubt. Currently, these are undoubtedly the best of their kind available on the market.
This ensemble is ideal for design enthusiasts seeking top-quality Danish craftsmanship at an affordable price, without compromising on condition.

TRANSPORTATION:
We have found that transport via Whoppah courier is sometimes significantly (100-150%) higher than the market price charged by standard furniture moving companies and couriers!
We can arrange more affordable transport within Germany, to the Netherlands, to neighboring countries, or within the EU for you, if necessary.
A more affordable non-EU transport via freight forwarder in a special wooden crate may also be possible.
However, contacting us before purchasing is mandatory!
