- Naturally grained cowhide nappa leather, originally grown, unique in its pattern of pores, scars, and surface texture, drum-dyed with aniline dye, lightly pigmented, durable yet soft and supple.

CONDITION:
These cantilever chairs are in technically and visually flawless and unique condition. They come from the conference room (with carpeting, so the undersides are also in excellent condition) of a renowned Essen-based lawyer, where they were used in combination with USM Haller furniture.
The high-quality aniline-dyed leather is like new! It was professionally restored, recolored, sealed, and treated by a leather technician, as it had lost some of its color intensity over the years. The leather is free of stains, scratches, tears, or holes, is completely odorless, and has a beautifully soft feel. The upholstery is also like new, nice and firm, and voluminous. The armrests were lightly sanded and refinished in their original color.
To put it simply, the only difference compared to a new chair is the very slight smudges on the chrome (from resting your feet), which you can't even feel with a fingernail. Please don't compare this to the dents and deep scratches of frequently used office chairs.
It would be extremely difficult to find a chair in better condition. This set is perfect for the Bauhaus design enthusiast who is looking for a very comfortable piece of furniture with a history, in top condition, and who doesn't want to make any compromises regarding its condition.
