Designer dining table Artisan Latus – solid oak – 220 cm
Beautiful designer dining table from the brand Artisan, Latus series, crafted from solid oak. A timeless and high-quality dining table with a warm, natural appearance.
The table is not only suitable as a dining table but is also ideal for use as a spacious desk in an office or study.

There are minor signs of use. Since this is a solid oak table, the tabletop can be sanded and refinished if desired.
There is a crack in one of the table legs. This is cosmetic damage and does not affect the stability or safety of the table; the leg is sturdy and the table stands stably. Three independent furniture makers confirmed this when we had the table inspected to determine if it was necessary to have it repaired. The crack is easy to repair by filling it with wood filler, then lightly sanding and staining/finishing it in the desired color.
The table is currently being used as a desk in our home office and is therefore located on the 1st floor instead of the ground floor. The buyer must arrange for the table to be brought downstairs themselves, and this must be done through the window, as it does not fit via the stairs. A moving lift would be the most convenient option. The price has therefore been reduced from €3,200 to €1,600 (plus the costs for this platform. A moving lift costs approximately €100 per hour, but the buyer must arrange this themselves).
