Bring a design icon into your home with this Artemide Shogun Terra floor lamp designed by Swiss architect Mario Botta in 1986 for Artemide. Because of its unique design, the Shogun is part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art collection in New York. Two perforated shades allow you to control light distribution and prevent glare from the light. The metal shaft is painted white with black stripes. The black base is made of cast steel. In pre-modern Japan, the shogun was the supreme military leader of Japan. The design refers to the traditional outfit of a Shogun. The lamp is no longer being produced, so you are assured of a limited edition. The new price of this floor lamp was 8200 euros. The lamp is stamped at the top with the inscriptions "Shogun" - "Mario Botta".
