Product description
An elegant Art Nouveau armchair designed by Josef Hoffmann and produced by Jacob & Josef Kohn around 1905 in Vienna. Listed as model no. 423, this piece exemplifies the refined aesthetics of the Viennese Secession with its horseshoe-shaped seat, vertical slats, and distinctive spherical joints. Crafted from bent beechwood stained in dark brown.
The chair remains in its original, unrestored but stable condition, with beautiful natural patina and aged upholstery.
