Product description
A rare, high-quality Art Deco mirror with elegant and balanced lines.
It features a rectangular, silver-plated frame with a textured finish. The sides are adorned with magnificent giltwood appliqués depicting floral and animal motifs (stylized antelopes/deer), typical of the Art Deco aesthetic of the 1920s and 1930s.
The composition is both understated and sophisticated, playing on the contrast between the matte silver of the frame and the rich decorative elements of the gilt ornamentation.
The antique glass retains its original patina, with slight marks attesting to its authenticity (see photos). Despite some signs of wear, this mirror remains in good condition.
A cord has been attached to the back for wall mounting.
This mirror is a striking decorative piece, ideal for a refined interior, a gallery, or a specialized Art Deco collection.
