Neat Art Deco wardrobe. The wardrobe dates from around 1935.
We cleaned and thoroughly inspected the wardrobe, carrying out repairs wherever necessary.
A repair is visible on the right door; a new piece of wood has been added. The repair was neatly done and not distracting (visible in the photo).
The back panel and top plate of the wardrobe were in need of replacement. These have been replaced.
The wardrobe was somewhat faded. We repainted it and finished it with a matte varnish. This brings out the grain in the wood and protects it well.
The wardrobe has two doors and a drawer at the bottom.
Both the left and right doors have four facet-cut windows, which are in good condition.
Inside, the wardrobe has three shelves spanning the entire width.
The doors close well, the lock works properly, and the key is included.
The wardrobe is in good vintage condition.
