Vintage 1950s/60s demountable wardrobe with beautiful Art Deco style features!
The wardrobe has 3 doors and is finished in warm medium oak veneer. It features a beautiful beveled edge along the top and stands on a striking pedestal base, which is made of a slightly darker wood with a ribbed texture. Behind the left door is a hanging section with a hanging rail, featuring a mirror and 2 small rods on the door for hanging items such as belts or ties. To the right and behind the middle door are 4 shelves and a super handy drawer unit in the bottom right with 3 drawers and beautiful brass handles.
The wardrobe has been completely cleaned and restored: the drawers run smoothly again, the slides have been renewed, screws replaced where necessary, and some small spots on the edges of the drawers and the bottom left side panel have been color-matched. We have also fitted the cabinet with new handles in the same wood color as the cabinet, as there were no handles on it anymore :-) The doors slide smoothly and the cabinet can be locked with the 2 original keys.
A beautiful, stylish addition to the bedroom or elsewhere in the house!
Dimensions: W160 x D59/53 x H183 cm. The cabinet is demountable and is delivered in this way for transport.
