A monumental, luxurious executive desk set in the quintessential Art Deco style, manufactured in Italy during the 1930s. This is an authentic example of interwar craftsmanship, ideal for prestigious, classic studies, law offices, or executive suites. The centerpiece of the set is a massive, substantial base featuring a dual inkwell (equipped with two lidded marble cubes) and a contoured groove for nibs and pens. The set also includes two matching accessories: a smaller letter or business card holder with a brass arch and a classic rocker blotter with an ergonomic marble handle. The entire set is crafted from a prized variety of black stone—Nero Portoro marble. It is characterized by a deep black hue crisscrossed by dense veining in shades of gold, honey, and beige. The stone has been precision-cut with beveled edges. Thanks to its impressive dimensions and weight, the set makes a monumental and stable impression on any desk.
