Beautiful Art Deco ceiling lamp, probably from the USSR, probably 1960s, perfect glass. The screw-on rim is ceramic/porcelain. A small piece is missing for the cable. The diameter is 30cm. Height is 15cm. Suitable for an E27 bulb. The hallmark is in the photo; I couldn't find anything about it.
