Superb Art Deco vase in opaline glass by Verreries de Scailmont, by Henri Heemskerk dating from the 1930s.
Ball vase in blown and marbled glass, known as pique-fleurs or piques roses, because of its small removable grid for holding flowers. Also superb without the grid, as a simple vase.
Magnificent pieces of color and reflection, in a variety of glass treatments and applications. White marbled with yellow, orange and violet hairs.
The "Scailmont" trademark is clearly visible, as are the rosette and foliage motifs in relief.
Neck diameter 10 cm and weight 850g.
With no major defects, the mesh is intact, with only a few micro-chips on the top of the neck and two traces of oxidation (see last photos).
