Elegant armchair model P126, designed by Osvaldo Borsani for the prestigious Italian firm Tecno S.p.A. in 1966. This iconic piece of mid-20th-century Italian design combines executive sobriety with modern lines and high-quality details.
Osvaldo Borsani was a key figure in Italian modern design. Architect, designer, and technical innovator, he founded Tecno S.p.A. in 1953 along with his brother Fulgenzio. Tecno quickly became a benchmark in industrial design due to its focus on functionality, technological innovation, and refined aesthetics.
The P126 armchair, this version is made of leather and is rotating. It is in good condition with signs of normal use, wear consistent with age and use. Three buttons are missing on the seat, and there has been a previous repair. The rotating mechanism is well maintained. It has a signature on the base of the chair.
