Beautiful chair in original condition, made of bent beech wood with a rattan webbing seat and backrest. The original condition and the beautiful woodcarving underscore the magnificent design of this piece by Josef Hoffmann. The joints in the bent wood are sometimes slightly open but are intact throughout; the webbing is also in perfect condition. The wood is worn bare in places due to use, which further emphasizes the quality.
