Product description
Beautiful antique chest of drawers.
We have restored this chest of drawers to be completely stable and neat.
Over the years, naturally, some dents and bucks had appeared, and the wood had warped slightly here and there.
However, we have made the chest of drawers beautifully sleek again and repaired it where necessary.
We thoroughly cleaned and sanded the chest of drawers, and it received a (preventive) woodworm treatment.
Afterwards, it was primed and finished beautifully with 3 coats of satin lacquer in a fresh Butter Yellow color from Farrow & Ball.
The doors and drawers slide smoothly, and the original lock with key works perfectly.
We have reinstalled the original hardware.
With all our cabinets, you receive a small pot of the same paint for touch-ups if necessary, or to paint a few accessories in the same color. In short, great for use as a changing table, toy cupboard, or as a handy storage unit / eye-catcher in the hallway, living room, or bedroom.
