Antique tin toy - Colorful mechanical bird - 1950s/60s
Small vintage bird in lithographed sheet metal, beautifully decorated with blue, yellow and white motifs and an elegant striped tail.
Typical of mechanical toys from the 50s and 60s, it rests on two slender, rigid metal legs. A naïve, expressive and highly decorative piece.
Possibly spring-loaded or wind-up (mechanism missing or inactive today), it is now perfect as a collector's item or retro decoration.
