Silver siphon bottle for sparkling water. The siphon is an original instrument designed to produce a mixture of water and carbon dioxide used to cut various alcohols (absinthe, picon, wine, etc.); to do this, all you had to do was mix tartaric acid and bicarbonate of soda powders with water. This pressurized mixture was banned in 1955, due to the risk of the bottle bursting. Today, they're beautiful decorative objects. Height 25 cm Width 11 cm
