This antique ensemble, consisting of a sideboard and a stately kitchen or living room buffet, dates from the late Historicist or early Art Nouveau period. Crafted between 1890 and 1920, the pieces impress with their classic design language and the elaborate floral carvings characteristic of this era. The wooden construction is finished in a warm brown tone that highlights the natural grain of the wood. The larger buffet features an elegant upper section with glazed doors adorned with curved wooden ornaments, as well as integrated pull-out leaves for additional workspace. Both pieces are finished with molded edges, turned feet, and original metal fittings on the drawers and doors. The set is in authentic condition, reflecting its long history.
