About this seller
Product description
A beautiful rare antique French Napoleon reliquary reliquary, with a fine highly detailed effigy of Saint Mary with Child Jesus in her lap. Made in the 19th century, of sea foam, meerschaum, pipe clay, with a black wooden frame, under original antique convex glass.
The whole is in very good vintage condition, only a few barely visible signs of use (see photos).
On the back is an old French seal with a date of July 16, 1879 from a previous owner, see photo.
