For sale: a charming antique roll-top desk made of solid oak. The desk is in very good, well-maintained condition for its age, with a beautiful patina.
A special highlight: The original key is included, and the lock works perfectly. Pulling down and closing the roll-top simultaneously activates the automatic locking mechanism for the side drawers – everything can be securely locked.
Condition:
Function: The roll-top and all drawers operate smoothly.
Interior: Practical compartment layout for documents. Only a small, vertical wooden divider is missing from the bottom compartment (see photo), but this does not affect its functionality.
Signs of wear: Honest, age-related signs of wear (e.g., a small ink stain in a drawer) that contribute to the piece's antique character. No major damage.
The desk comes from a non-smoking home.
