Product description
Beautiful handmade Caucasian rug in pure wool, in the Kazakh style, originating from the Caucasus (Azerbaijan).
A semi-antique piece (1950s–1970s), handwoven.
The rug features a geometric pattern typical of the mountainous regions of the Caucasus, with large diamond-shaped medallions and stylized zoomorphic symbols (birds, horses).
The color palette combines beautiful shades of brick red, midnight blue, brown, and ivory, dyed using traditional methods.
The wool is thick, soft, and durable, with a dense weave that ensures long-lasting use. Ideal for bohemian, ethnic, or classic decor, this rug brings warmth and authenticity to any interior; very good overall condition (minor signs of age).
