Product description
Antique Indian gilt brass planter, circa 1920-1940. Handcrafted, oval in shape, composed of numerous vertical panels ending in points and entirely decorated with delicate hand-engraved floral and plant motifs. 25.5 cm long, 11.5 cm wide, and 12 cm high at its widest point. Fair condition with visible patina, oxidation, wear, and signs of age; the base is slightly convex, so four small felt pads have been added for stability. Approximately 1.4 kg.
