Antique Indian cabinet — original haveli doors, solid teak, 190×113×60. A cabinet with a past. The doors come from an old haveli in Rajasthan: solid teak, hand-forged iron fittings, flower-shaped rivets, two heavy pull handles, and an original chain bolt. The paint remnants on the panels have not been replicated — they have been there for a hundred years. A sturdy cabinet has been built around these doors in solid hardwood, with a profiled cornice and scalloped plinth. Inside are two wide shelves and a pass-through hole in the back panel, making it equally suitable as a wardrobe, china cabinet, or media unit. 190 cm high, 113 cm wide, but only 60 cm deep — it fills a wall without taking up the room. In good condition. Sturdy, nothing wobbly, beautiful patina with the signs of use that come with it. One of a kind, no second one. Perfect in an Ibiza or boho interior, and at least as strong as a warm counterweight in a sleek concrete or loft interior.
Doors are already off their hinges for transport.
