This handcrafted Northern India bridal 19-th century chest was imported into Belgium by specialist dealer Crest Import around 1980. It served our family home for almost 35 years. Now moving to smaller house we must depart from this beloved piece. It served as decorative piece in our entry hall but also came handy as a bench and as storage cabinet for hats, gloves and winter clothing. Intricate carvings with the very typical Radjastan horse heads and a rich wooden finish. A testament to the artistry of Indian craftsmanship.
