Product description
A highly decorative French Globe de Mariee or wedding dome from the 19th century.
These glass domes were used by newlyweds in France from the 19th century onward. They served as collectibles from their wedding day and as symbols of various future events in the bride and groom's married life.
The bottom red linen line is missing, see photos.
Even today, it remains the perfect wedding gift!
