Original antique French fashion print from the famous Parisian fashion magazine Journal des Demoiselles. The print depicts three ladies in late 19th-century Parisian fashion and bears the original inscription at the bottom: Journal des Demoiselles, Modes de Paris, Rue Vivienne 48, and plate number 4323. This specific plate number is also included in the collection of the Palais Galliera, the fashion museum of Paris, and is dated 1881. However, the date 1885 appears to be on this print. The print is framed with a mat in a classic frame with gold-colored accents. Given its age of over 140 years, discoloration and signs of age are visible. Please see the photos for details. I have not removed the print from the frame.
