Antique dress form made in France. Used to tailor clothes. The piece is made from felt covered cardboard and adjustable. Mounted on a metal tripod that is adjustable in height. Not only is it a cool decorative piece, you could opt to use it or use it as a valet stand.
The condition is used, minor user marks are visible in the photos.
