Set of six charming English ironstone appetizer and/or dessert plates, stamped Myott Staffordshire England, “Coaching Days” collection, circa 1960.
A lovely, rustic-chic scene depicting a four-horse stagecoach passing through a 19th-century village, with its horn blowing in front of the inn.
The landscape includes a stream and hills in the distance.
All in soft shades of pink on a white background.
The rim of the plate is delicately textured with a fluted and wavy relief at the edges.
The decoration is guaranteed to be permanent, and the plates are dishwasher safe.
They are in perfect condition, with no chips or cracks, and a beautiful sheen.
