Antique English Office/Library Armchair on Casters – ca. 1880–1910
Elegant antique English armchair from the late 19th century, made of solid wood and featuring an original tufted leather backrest. This type of chair was traditionally used as an office or library chair and is known for its comfortable seating and solid construction.
The chair rests on four original wooden casters with metal brackets, which is both functional and decorative. The beautiful curved armrests, turned legs, and solid wood saddle seat give this chair a characterful appearance with a lovely, authentic patina.
