Product description
A rare English adjustable library chair by Carter's of London, dating from the late Victorian to early Edwardian period. This special country house armchair still features the original floral upholstery and decorative fringes, giving it a beautifully weathered character.
The chair features an adjustable reclining mechanism with an extendable footrest and stands on original castors. Retaining the original Carter's maker's plate on the back.
