For sale is a beautiful, original antique display cabinet from the Historicist/Louis-Philippe period, crafted between 1870 and 1890. The piece impresses with its magnificent, mirrored walnut veneer, the elegantly curved gable, and the two doors with their charming original glass, which, with its subtle historical ripples and inclusions, is a true eye-catcher. It is an absolutely authentic original piece with a beautiful, age-appropriate patina and no modern alterations. The craftsmanship is evident in the fine, hand-sawn dovetail joints of the large base drawer, the solid, antique wood back panel, and the original, fully functional brass lock with matching hollow key. The dimensions are approximately 188 cm high (measured at the highest point), 96 cm wide, and 40 cm deep. Thanks to its very compact, slim dimensions, the cabinet fits perfectly even in smaller rooms. Private sale. No warranty or returns.
