Charming little Chinese goose or duck in glazed porcelain. Antique, first half of the 20th century, circa 1920-1940. Depicted standing with its neck raised and its beak and wings slightly open, on a rocky base. Beautifully nuanced turquoise glaze highlights the finely molded plumage, combined with aubergine plum, pale yellow, and creamy white tones. The underside of the base is salmon-colored. Unsigned. A small old price or reference label is located under the base. 16cm high, 6cm wide, and approximately 8-9cm deep. In very good overall condition, with a few small, discreet glaze losses on the lower edge of the base and some minor original firing cracks in the same area. Approximately 150g.
