This antique 19th-century centerpiece is a fascinating example of Victorian-era exotic design. The richly detailed piece depicts a bouquet of flowers beneath palm trees, resting on an elaborately crafted base, capturing the period's fascination with faraway lands and exotic flora and fauna. Made of cast metal, the piece is distinguished by its polychrome painting in shades of brown, green, and red, arranged on a light blue glass base.
