Very rare sculptural coat rack made by the very famous Antartidee company, Italian manufacture, 1980s.
This Italian Design Museum piece is made inspired by the art of French Artist "Renè Magritte" and two of his most famous works.
On the top of the coat we can see four noses that refer to the Artist's work "La Bonne Aventure" made in 1937, while as the base there is a boot/foot that refers to the Artist's work "II Modello Rosso" made in 1935.
Metal and fiberglass frame.
The item is in good conservative condition, there is no major cosmetic flaw or structural defect to report, only slight and obvious signs of time due to use and age. (See photos)
