DESCRIPTION:
A unique designer lamp from the Swedish Ateljé Lyktan, a renowned lighting brand founded in 1934 by designer Hans Bergström. Known for their high-quality Swedish design. The lamp itself was designed by Anders Pehrson (1912/1982), a famous industrial designer primarily acclaimed for his lighting designs, who later also took over the leadership of Ateljé Lyktan, with which they designed many icons in the 60s and 70s.
This tubular lamp is one such example, with its long neck flowing smoothly into the heavy base. The lamp is made of hard plastic, typical of this design period. The lamp is equipped with a fluorescent bulb, which is included.
