Exceptionally large and heavy design object by Alfred Collard for Val Saint Lambert, crafted from solid hand-cut lead crystal with a deep cobalt blue overlay.
This rare sculptural piece combines the typical Belgian top quality of Val Saint Lambert with a modernist, almost architectural design. The impressive optical cut creates spectacular refractions and depth effects that constantly change depending on the light.
Due to the enormous weight of approx. 5 kg and the exceptionally thick crystal mass, this is one of the more exclusive and luxurious studio objects from Val Saint Lambert.
